Rules of the game
-
This game is not and will not be associated with Bellarmine Preparatory School. There will be no contact with the administration or law enforcement officers throughout the duration of the tournament. This applies to your parents as well. If parents are calling the school about this, you will be disqualified, and the entire game may be shut down.
-
Entrance fee for each player will be $10. Captains must be selected for the team.
-
Rounds will begin at midnight Sunday and last through midnight on Friday (Saturday is for shootouts).
-
Each team will consist of five players.
-
During each round, two teams will face off, and at the end of the round, the team with the most live players wins.
-
In the result of a tie, a shootout will take place (details to follow).
-
If you are hit anywhere on your body you are eliminated. Must be a direct hit, no ricochets or bounces. Physical contact will not be tolerated.
-
If you kill an opposing player, the player must allow his picture to be taken, and then submit that picture to the Nerf Wars email (Bprepnerf2019@gmail.com). It is the responsibility of the team that kills to report the kill. There must be photographic evidence; judges will not be taking one person’s word over another’s. If you’re killed, don’t be that guy. Be civilized.
-
Kills must be reported within 12 hours. Reports should include: A) Name of shooter B) Name of killed C) Both team names.
